First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a precise vibration system can improve muscle strength, coordination, and movement, and reduce pain in older adults and stroke survivors. Researchers will recruit 80 participants to try the vibration exercises and measure changes in strength, balance, walking, and pain levels. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug way to help people move better and feel better.
