First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study is testing whether a special vibration system can help older adults and stroke survivors improve muscle strength, balance, and movement, while also reducing pain. Researchers will recruit 80 participants to try the vibration exercises and measure changes in strength, walking, and daily function. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to ease common age- and stroke-related problems.
