Summary
This study is gathering tissue samples and medical information from 800 people with high-risk soft tissue sarcomas. The goal is to learn how to personalize chemotherapy before surgery, using genetic and protein profiles. Participants either receive standard chemo plus surgery or surgery alone. No new treatments are tested, but the findings may help future patients get better care.
