Summary
This study is for people who have chest pain and shortness of breath but no blockages in their main heart arteries. The likely cause is a problem with the heart's tiny blood vessels, called coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD). The study will test ways to treat CMD by looking at how the heart uses energy, aiming to improve symptoms and quality of life for 100 participants.
