New hope for advanced colon cancer patients in late-stage trial

Summary

This study tests a new drug called precemtabart tocentecan, alone or with bevacizumab, against a standard treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer that has not responded to prior therapies. About 1,020 adults who have already tried several standard treatments will participate. The goal is to see if the new drug helps people live longer.
