Summary
This study tested whether prazosin, a drug often used for high blood pressure, can reduce the frequency and severity of chronic headaches in veterans and service members who had a mild traumatic brain injury. 89 participants took either prazosin or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if the drug improves daily functioning and headache-related disability.
