Summary
This study looked at whether taking a short 15-20 minute nap every day for six weeks can help healthy workers feel less depressed, less stressed, and sleep better. It included 40 people who worked either during the day or in shifts. Researchers measured changes using standard sleep, depression, and stress questionnaires before and after the napping period.
