Summary

This study looked at whether taking a short 15-20 minute nap each day for six weeks could help healthy workers feel less stressed, less depressed, and sleep better. 40 volunteers who worked day or shift jobs took part. Researchers measured changes using standard sleep, depression, and stress scales before and after the napping period.
