New spanish-language therapy aims to lift mood in depression and anxiety

Summary
This study tests whether a therapy called Positive Affect Treatment (PAT) is helpful for Spanish-speaking adults who feel low pleasure or interest (anhedonia) along with depression or anxiety. Twelve participants will attend up to 15 therapy sessions over about 4 months. The goal is to see if the treatment is acceptable and can improve mood and daily functioning.
