Summary
This study looks at whether slowly lowering the dose of the steroid dexamethasone after brain tumor surgery can reduce side effects like high blood sugar and high blood pressure, while still preventing brain swelling. About 200 adults with certain brain tumors will be enrolled. The goal is to find a balance that keeps patients safe and comfortable.
