New hope for hard-to-treat prostate cancer: experimental drug combo enters human trials

Summary
This study tests a new drug called pocenbrodib, either alone or with other treatments, in people with a type of advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard hormone therapy. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels. About 252 adults with metastatic disease will take part.
