NCT ID NCT07384624
First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of three existing drugs (topiramate, lenalidomide, and pyrimethamine) can wake up dormant HIV hiding in the body and help the immune system clear it. 30 adults with well-controlled HIV will receive the drugs in two phases to measure safety and effectiveness. While the goal is a functional cure, participants must continue their regular antiretroviral therapy.
