Summary
This study will follow 5,000 middle-aged and older Tzu Chi volunteers in Taiwan to see how vegetarian and plant-based diets affect healthy aging. Researchers will measure thinking skills, muscle mass, grip strength, and signs of frailty. The goal is to learn which eating patterns help prevent age-related problems like memory loss and muscle weakness.
