Summary
This study looks at whether adding pistachios to the daily diet for 6 months can improve memory, thinking speed, and other brain functions in adults aged 65 to 80. It also checks for changes in blood pressure and overall life satisfaction. About 97 participants who are already in a larger study will eat pistachios and complete smartphone-based brain games and surveys.
