First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding pistachios to the daily diet of adults aged 65 to 80 can improve memory, thinking skills, blood pressure, and overall life satisfaction over six months. About 97 participants who are already part of a larger study will eat pistachios regularly and take tests to measure changes. The goal is to see if this simple food change can help older adults stay sharp and healthy.
