Summary
This study looked at whether adding Pilates exercises to standard physical therapy helps children aged 12-17 with text neck syndrome. Text neck is neck pain and stiffness from leaning forward to use phones or gadgets. Twenty-four children were split into two groups: one got only standard therapy, the other got standard therapy plus Pilates. The goal was to see if Pilates improves pain, daily function, and neck movement.
