Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called picankibart in 60 adults with moderate-to-severe palmoplantar pustulosis, a chronic skin condition causing painful, pus-filled blisters on the palms and soles. Participants must have tried at least one standard treatment without success. The goal is to see if the drug reduces blistering and skin severity over time.
