Summary
This study tested whether a structured physical training program can improve symptoms in people with ankylosing spondylitis, a type of arthritis that affects the spine. 56 adults with the condition took part in a randomized controlled trial. The main goal was to see if more participants in the exercise group achieved a meaningful improvement in pain, function, and stiffness compared to those who did not exercise.
