First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week home-based physical activity program, using a Fitbit and coaching sessions, can help people with HIV who drink heavily increase their daily steps and reduce alcohol consumption. About 222 participants will be randomly assigned to either the full program or just using a Fitbit. The goal is to improve health and quality of life without requiring medication changes.
