Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week home-based physical activity program can help people living with HIV who drink unhealthy amounts of alcohol. Participants wear a Fitbit to track steps and either get coaching to add more activity to their daily routine or just use the Fitbit alone. The goal is to see if increasing physical activity can also reduce alcohol use and improve overall health.
