Summary
This study tests whether a structured exercise program can improve physical function and reduce disability in HIV-positive adults aged 50 and older in Côte d'Ivoire. Participants are randomly assigned to a supervised group exercise, a home-based program with phone support, or health education only. The main goal is to see if exercise helps them perform daily activities better over 12 months.
