Summary

This study tests whether a structured exercise program can improve physical function and reduce disability in HIV-positive adults over 50 in Ivory Coast. Participants are randomly assigned to a supervised group exercise, a home-based program with phone support, or health education only. The goal is to see if exercise can help them walk, stand, and move better over 12 months.
