Summary
This study tested a physical activity program called Tiempo Juntos para la Salud (Time Together for Health) in 234 Spanish-speaking Latinos aged 55 and older with mild cognitive impairment. The program encouraged moderate exercise to improve thinking, heart health, and sleep. Participants were followed for a year to see if the program increased how often, how hard, and how long they exercised.
