Summary

This study looks at how three different levels of physical activity—45, 90, or 150 minutes per week—affect arthritis symptoms like pain and mobility. Researchers will enroll 285 adults with arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, or lupus. Participants will follow one of the activity levels for a set period, and their physical function and quality of life will be measured.
