First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests different treatment plans based on each child's risk level for two rare liver cancers: hepatoblastoma and hepatocellular carcinoma. About 450 children will receive chemotherapy and possibly surgery, with the goal of preventing the cancer from coming back. The approach aims to give the right amount of treatment to each child to improve outcomes while reducing side effects.
