Blood test breakthrough could predict pulmonary hypertension survival
NCT ID NCT07253363
Summary
This study aims to see if two proteins in the blood (Activin-A and FSTL3) can help doctors predict how patients with pulmonary hypertension will do over time. Researchers will follow 550 adults with different types of this serious lung and heart condition for two years. The goal is to find better, non-invasive ways to track the disease and guide treatment decisions.
