Summary
This early-phase trial tested a personalized vaccine made from each patient's own blood and bone marrow. The goal was to see if the vaccine is safe and can help the immune system recognize and attack cancer cells in people with smoldering multiple myeloma, a pre-cancer condition. The study enrolled 30 adults at high risk of developing full myeloma.
