Summary

This study tests leflunomide, a drug that lowers immune activity, in 27 African-American and European-American adults with high-risk smoldering multiple myeloma. The goal is to see if it can delay the disease from turning into active multiple myeloma. Participants take the drug and are monitored for side effects and progression.
