Summary

This study tests a personalized approach to monitor and treat polyps in the stomach and duodenum of people with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), a genetic condition that raises cancer risk. Researchers will enroll 1,000 adults with FAP to see if tailored surveillance and endoscopic removal can reduce advanced growths and cancer. The goal is to improve long-term outcomes without requiring lifelong medication.
