Summary

This study tests whether a structured nutrition plan helps people recover physical function after major abdominal surgery from trauma. About 150 ICU patients will be randomly assigned to either the personalized plan (which includes IV nutrition, shakes after discharge, and calorie measurement) or standard care. The goal is to see if the personalized approach improves walking distance, strength, and quality of life.
