Summary
This study tests a personalized treatment plan for 150 adults aged 18-65 with moderate-to-severe IBS. The program includes online education followed by four optional modules: medical management, diet changes, behavioral therapy, and physiotherapy, chosen by the participant. The goal is to reduce IBS symptoms by at least 50 points on a severity scale, with additional checks on stress, gut health, and brain activity.
