Summary
This study tests a personalized treatment program for adults aged 18-65 with moderate-to-severe Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Participants first complete an online IBS education course, then choose from four therapy modules: medical management, dietary advice, behavioral therapy, or physiotherapy. The goal is to see if this flexible, team-based approach reduces IBS symptoms by at least 50 points on a standard severity scale.
