Summary

This study tests a personalized treatment plan for adults aged 18-65 with moderate-to-severe Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). The program includes an online IBS education class followed by four optional modules: medical management, dietary advice, behavioral therapy, and physical therapy, chosen by the participant. The goal is to reduce IBS symptoms by at least 50 points on a severity scale. Researchers will also measure changes in stress, gut health, and brain activity using MRI scans.
