NCT ID NCT05828849
Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized support program can help prevent early deaths in low-income adults. The program offers navigation help, personalized health plans, and compensation for health-related costs to reduce risks from heavy drinking, heart disease, and HIV. Researchers are working with 87 adults in New York City to see if this approach improves health behaviors and lowers risk scores over one year.
