Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized support program can help prevent early deaths in low-income adults. The program provides health navigation, personalized benefits, and compensation for health-related costs to help participants reduce risks from heavy drinking, heart disease, and HIV. Researchers are measuring changes in drinking habits, HIV risk, and heart disease risk factors over 12 months.
