Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a personalized vaccine for patients with high-risk triple-negative breast cancer who still have cancer cells after standard chemotherapy. Doctors create a custom vaccine from the patient's own tumor and immune cells, aiming to train the body's defenses to recognize and attack remaining cancer. The study will check if making and giving the vaccine is practical, safe, and if it triggers a strong immune response against the cancer.
