Summary
This study is testing whether a non-invasive device that uses pulsed electromagnetic waves can improve blood flow to the heart in people with coronary artery disease. The 120 participants will use the device at home daily for 12 weeks while researchers measure changes in heart blood flow and chest pain symptoms. The goal is to see if this therapy can help control the disease and reduce symptoms for those who cannot have standard procedures.
