Summary

This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab to standard chemotherapy and radiation can help people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer. About 52 adults with this diagnosis will receive the combination therapy. The main goals are to check safety and see how many patients are alive after 18 months.
