Summary

This study compares carbon ion therapy, surgery, and proton therapy for people with pelvic bone sarcomas (cancers like chordoma or osteosarcoma). The goal is to see which treatment provides better quality of life and disease control with fewer side effects. About 72 participants aged 15 and older will be enrolled. Results will help doctors choose the best approach for these rare and serious cancers.
