Summary
This study tests whether doing pelvic floor muscle exercises during pregnancy can reduce the chance of bladder leaks, bowel leaks, and other pelvic floor issues after giving birth. About 734 first-time mothers will be assigned to either a training program or standard care. The main goal is to see if the exercises help keep the pelvic floor strong and improve quality of life after delivery.
