Simple exercises tested to stop leaks for women with MS
NCT ID NCT06805331
Summary
This study tested whether a specific pelvic floor muscle exercise program could help women with multiple sclerosis (MS) who experience urinary incontinence. Researchers worked with 46 female MS patients to see if doing these exercises three times a day for three months could reduce bladder leaks and improve their quality of life. The goal was to provide a non-drug option to manage this common and distressing symptom of MS.
