Summary
This study tested whether a special pelvic floor muscle exercise program, based on the Health Belief Model, could help reduce urinary incontinence and improve quality of life in women with multiple sclerosis. 46 women completed the 3-month program. The goal was to see if these exercises could lessen bladder control issues and make daily life better.
