Breathe and squeeze away period pain: new study tests simple exercise combo

Summary
This study looks at whether doing pelvic floor muscle exercises along with deep breathing can ease period pain in women with primary dysmenorrhea. Forty women will be split into two groups: one does both exercises, the other only deep breathing. Researchers will measure pain, other symptoms, quality of life, and mood before and after the program.
