Summary
This study tests a peer-led program called PEGISUS to see if it can reduce substance use and promote fair gender attitudes among young people in vocational training in Zambia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. About 264 participants aged 16-24 who use alcohol or drugs at least weekly will take part. The program involves nine group sessions, and researchers will compare results to those who only receive standard training and healthcare referrals.
