Summary
This study tests a peer-led program called PEGISUS that aims to reduce substance use and promote fair gender attitudes among young adults aged 16-24 in vocational training programs in Zambia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. Participants will either join the PEGISUS peer group sessions or receive standard training and a healthcare referral. The study will compare substance use and other outcomes over 24 weeks to see if the peer approach works.
