This study looks at whether eating pecans every day for 3 months can improve blood fats, blood pressure, thinking skills, and gut bacteria in healthy adults aged 45 to 75. Participants will eat pecans during one period and avoid them during another, with blood and stool samples collected. The goal is to understand how pecans affect overall body health.
