Summary

This study tests the long-term safety of a supplement called palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) in 200 healthy adults aged 18 and older. Participants take either PEA or a placebo daily for 12 months and attend check-ups to monitor side effects, vital signs, and blood work. The goal is simply to see if long-term use is safe, not to treat any disease.
