First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests an experimental immunotherapy called PDS0101 in 27 adults aged 25-65 who have both HIV and HPV type 16. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can strengthen the immune system's fight against HPV, which can cause cancers of the cervix, anus, and other areas. All participants will receive three doses of the vaccine, and researchers will monitor side effects and immune responses over several months.
