Summary
This study tested whether the Paula Method of muscle exercises can help people with bowel control problems after rectal cancer surgery. 62 adults who had surgery and still had symptoms like urgency and frequent bowel movements took part. The exercises aim to strengthen muscles naturally without drugs or surgery.
