New program aims to prevent diabetes in Spanish-Speaking communities

Summary
This study tests a program called "Paso a Paso" designed to help Spanish-speaking adults at risk for diabetes. About 45 participants will take part to see if the program is practical and effective. The goal is to prevent diabetes by helping people lose weight and manage blood sugar.
