Summary
This study looked at whether regular exercise or the drug metformin is better at controlling blood sugar in adults with prediabetes. 226 people took part and were split into two groups: one did moderate exercise, the other took metformin for 12 weeks. The goal was to see which approach works best in a low-resource community setting.
