First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looked at whether regular exercise or the drug metformin is better at controlling blood sugar in adults with prediabetes. 226 people took part and were split into two groups: one did moderate exercise, the other took metformin for 12 weeks.
