Summary

This study aims to find a biological marker for Parkinson's disease by using special brain scans (PET, SPECT, and MRI) in 45 people with certain genetic mutations. The goal is to better understand brain changes in Parkinson's and help develop new medications that could slow the disease. Participants will undergo imaging sessions to measure specific brain chemicals and structures.
